Shipping policy

Order Processing, Tracking and Shipping:

Orders are prepared and shipped within 7-10 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.

Our most common shipping method is the United States Post Office:
First Class Mail shipping averages 2-5 days
Priority Mail shipping averages 1-4 days

UPS has similar shipping time frames. These shipping day averages are not a guarantee.

We are not responsible for longer transit times due to carrier errors. Transit times vary city to city and can vary due to holiday volume or natural disasters. We have no control over transit once it leaves our facility and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
